Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Full Count LLC (“Full Count,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Full Count mobile application and website at fullcountcbb.com (together, the “Service”). Full Count is a free scoreboard and information app for NCAA Division I college baseball and softball.

We have designed Full Count to collect as little personal information as possible. Please read this policy to understand our practices.

1. Summary

Full Count does not require you to create an account or log in. The app stores your preferences (such as your favorite teams and settings) locally on your own device. If you choose to turn on notifications, we also send a limited set of information — your device’s notification token and your favorite teams and notification preferences — to our servers so we can deliver the game alerts you asked for; this is optional and is not tied to your identity. The only personal information we collect directly is the email address you provide if you voluntarily subscribe to our email newsletter. We rely on third-party services to supply game data, and we plan to introduce advertising in the future, as described below.

2. Information We Collect

Information stored on your device

Full Count lets you select favorite teams and set preferences (such as your favorite teams, notification settings, default sport, and appearance). This information is stored locally on your device. Except as described under “Information collected when you enable notifications” below, it is not transmitted to or stored by us, and if you delete the app, the locally stored information is removed with it.

Information collected when you enable notifications

Notifications are optional. If you choose to enable push notifications, we collect your device’s push notification token, together with your favorite teams and notification preferences, and store them on our servers (through our hosting provider, Supabase) so that we can send you the game alerts you selected. If you do not enable notifications, we do not collect or store any of this information.

This information is not linked to your name, email, or any account — Full Count has no user accounts — and is associated only with a random identifier generated on your device. It is transmitted securely over HTTPS and is used solely to deliver the notifications you requested. If you turn off notifications or delete the app, the associated token is no longer used and is removed from our records.

Information you provide to us

The only personal information we collect directly is the email address you provide if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Subscribing is entirely optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Information collected automatically by third parties

When you use the Service, the third-party data providers that supply game information receive certain technical information necessary to deliver that data, such as your IP address. The app does not currently use any advertising or analytics services and does not collect advertising identifiers. We plan to introduce advertising in the future; if and when we do, the advertising providers we use may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar information, and we will update this policy and our app-store data disclosures to describe that collection at that time. This third-party collection is governed by those third parties’ own privacy policies, described in Section 4.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we have to:

We do not sell the personal information you provide to us (such as your newsletter email). The app does not currently use advertising identifiers. If we introduce advertising in the future, the use of advertising identifiers by third-party ad networks may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under some privacy laws; we will update this policy and provide any required choices at that time (see Section 4 and Section 7).

4. Third-Party Services

Full Count relies on third-party services to operate. These services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

Advertising (planned) — Google AdMob and Google AdSense

Full Count does not currently display advertising, does not use any advertising SDK, and does not collect advertising identifiers. We plan to introduce advertising in the future through Google AdMob (in the mobile app) and Google AdSense (on the web). When we do, these services may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and similar information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted, and we will update this policy and our Google Play Data Safety disclosure to reflect that collection before or when advertising becomes active. You can learn about Google’s practices and your choices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy.

Once advertising is active, you will be able to limit ad tracking through your device settings — for example, by using the “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Reset Advertising Identifier” controls on iOS, or the equivalent advertising ID controls on Android.

Email newsletter — Beehiiv

Our newsletter is operated through Beehiiv. If you subscribe, your email address is stored and processed by Beehiiv on our behalf. You can review Beehiiv’s privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy.

Sports data

Scores, schedules, statistics, and related game information displayed in the Service are obtained from third-party data sources. Accessing the Service causes requests to these data providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering the data.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.

5. Children’s Privacy

Full Count is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. While anyone may use the app to follow college baseball and softball, we do not target the app to children under 13, and the only personal information we collect directly — a newsletter email — is collected from people who choose to subscribe.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (for example, by subscribing to the newsletter), please contact us at hello@fullcountcbb.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

6. Your Choices

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These may include the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain uses.

Because the only personal information we collect directly is a newsletter email, most requests can be satisfied by unsubscribing or by contacting us to delete your email. Notification data is not tied to your identity and is removed when you disable notifications or uninstall the app. If we introduce advertising in the future, you will be able to use the controls and contacts those advertising services provide for information they collect.

To make a privacy request, contact us at hello@fullcountcbb.com.

8. Data Retention

We retain newsletter email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove them after you unsubscribe within a reasonable period. Information held by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information within our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the updated policy at this location. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
