Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Full Count LLC (“Full Count,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Full Count mobile application and website at fullcountcbb.com (together, the “Service”). Full Count is a free scoreboard and information app for NCAA Division I college baseball and softball.
We have designed Full Count to collect as little personal information as possible. Please read this policy to understand our practices.
1. Summary
Full Count does not require you to create an account or log in. The app stores your preferences (such as your favorite teams and settings) locally on your own device, not on our servers. The only situation in which we collect your personal information directly is when you voluntarily subscribe to our email newsletter. We also use third-party advertising and data services that may collect information automatically, as described below.
2. Information We Collect
Information stored on your device
Full Count lets you select favorite teams and set preferences. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored by us. If you delete the app, this locally stored information is removed with it.
Information you provide to us
The only personal information we collect directly is the email address you provide if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Subscribing is entirely optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
Information collected automatically by third parties
When you use the Service, certain third-party services we rely on may automatically collect information about your device and usage. These include our advertising providers and the data providers that supply game information. This may include information such as device identifiers, IP address, general location, app interactions, and advertising identifiers. This collection is governed by those third parties’ own privacy policies, described in Section 4.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we have to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including displaying scores, standings, rankings, brackets, and news.
- Send our email newsletter to subscribers who have opted in.
- Display advertising that helps keep the app free.
- Understand and improve how the Service is used.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the Service.
We do not sell the personal information you provide to us (such as your newsletter email). Note that the use of advertising identifiers by third-party ad networks may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under some privacy laws; see Section 4 and Section 7.
4. Third-Party Services
Full Count relies on third-party services to operate. These services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
Advertising — Google AdMob and Google AdSense
We display advertising through Google AdMob (in the mobile app) and Google AdSense (on the web). These services may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and similar information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can learn about Google’s practices and your choices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy.
On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking through your device settings — for example, by using the “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Reset Advertising Identifier” controls on iOS, or the equivalent advertising ID controls on Android.
Email newsletter — Beehiiv
Our newsletter is operated through Beehiiv. If you subscribe, your email address is stored and processed by Beehiiv on our behalf. You can review Beehiiv’s privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy.
Sports data
Scores, schedules, statistics, and related game information displayed in the Service are obtained from third-party data sources. Accessing the Service causes requests to these data providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering the data.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.
5. Children’s Privacy
Full Count is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. While anyone may use the app to follow college baseball and softball, we do not target the app to children under 13, and the only personal information we collect directly — a newsletter email — is collected from people who choose to subscribe.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (for example, by subscribing to the newsletter), please contact us at hello@fullcountcbb.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
6. Your Choices
- Favorites and settings: You can change or clear your locally stored preferences within the app, or by deleting the app from your device.
- Newsletter: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Advertising: You can limit ad personalization through your device’s advertising settings as described in Section 4.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These may include the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain uses.
Because the only personal information we collect directly is a newsletter email, most requests can be satisfied by unsubscribing or by contacting us to delete your email. For information collected by third-party advertising services, please use the controls and contacts those services provide.
To make a privacy request, contact us at hello@fullcountcbb.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain newsletter email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove them after you unsubscribe within a reasonable period. Information held by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information within our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the updated policy at this location. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
